Some Pentium 3 systems and all Pentium 4 systems that use RDRAM, must have it installed in matched pairs. In some Pentium 3 systems RDRAM can be installed singly
RDRAM comes in speeds of, 600MHz, 700MHz, 800MHz, 1066MHz, and 1200MHz.
Also, RIMM numbers of 3200, 4200, 4800, and 6400. In general higher speed rdram can be used in systems running at slower speeds if the memory is a match for the system otherwise.

I'm going to give a disclaimer here:
It is up to you to confirm the information listed here, as I do make mistakes and part numbers do change. Also, it's up to you to find a reputable seller of the part numbers I offer.

NOTE: I still suggest for all non-RDRAM memory upgrades.
Crucial has very high quality, and the lowest prices for system specific and all memory products.
